These terms apply when you use dumpsterrentalyumaaz.com. The site is run by Dumpster Rental Yuma AZ, operated by Mateo (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who are we?
We run a free referral service. We are not the dumpster company.
This site connects people in the Yuma area with a local roll-off company in our network. That company owns the dumpsters, delivers and picks them up, and bills you. We may be paid for the referral. You never pay us anything to use the site.
Who gives me my quote and rental terms?
The company that brings your dumpster gives you your quote and sets every rental term. We don’t set prices or book rentals.
When you rent a dumpster, your agreement is with the hauler. Ask for its rental agreement in writing. It should cover:
- price, tons included and overage charges
- rental days and extra-day fees
- delivery and pickup timing
- trip, cancellation and other fees
- what can and can’t go in the dumpster
- damage and placement responsibility
If a price or term on this site differs from your written quote, your written quote from the hauler controls. Prices on this site are typical Yuma market figures, not quotes. Always get the total in writing before delivery.
Are we responsible for the hauler’s service?
No. The hauler is an independent business, and we don’t control how it does its work.
We make no promise about the hauler’s service, timing, equipment or billing. Questions or complaints about a rental go to the hauler first. You can also email us at hello@dumpsterrentalyumaaz.com, and we’ll pass your concern along. We can’t settle billing disputes or issue refunds for the hauler.
How accurate is the information on this site?
We try hard to keep it accurate, but facts change. We show when we checked each local fact, or name the office to call.
Landfill hours, fees, permit rules and city programs come from official sources or phone calls. Facts we confirm by phone carry a “verified on” date. These details can change after that date without notice to us. Check with the office named on the page before you rely on a fact. That matters most for permits, landfill hours and fees.
Our guides are general information. They are not legal, tax or engineering advice.
What do we ask of you?
Use the site only for lawful purposes. When you send a request, give accurate details and use your own phone number.
You are responsible for:
- getting any permit or HOA approval your placement needs
- keeping banned items out of the dumpster
- following your rental agreement with the hauler
Don’t try to disrupt the site, send spam through the form or copy large parts of our content.
Calls and messages
Calls to our number may be recorded. Our line takes calls only, and we don’t send text messages.
By sending the form, you agree that we may pass your request to a local roll-off company in our network so it can call you about it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Who owns the site content?
We own the text, layout and graphics on this site, except content owned by others.
You may share links and short quotes with credit. Don’t republish whole pages without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to official and outside sites, such as government agency pages. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that the site will always be available, error-free or current.
Limitation of liability
This site is a referral service only. The company that brings your dumpster is responsible for your rental, including delivery, pickup, pricing and billing. To the extent Arizona law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from the hauler’s service or from your use of this site.
Which law applies?
Arizona law applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new date will appear at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
